Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting will be held at Club Auburn, 12-14 Northumberland Rd Auburn, from 7:00pm on Thursday 2nd November 2023. This is where the committee for 2024 is elected and where you have your say on how the club is run.
Any proposed alterations or amendments to the Constitution and or By-Laws should be made in writing to the Secretary at least fourteen (14) days prior to the AGM.
